Stall Booking Form Request

Please note:
• We will need to review you request when submitted
• Stalls to be set-up from 10am to 11.30am on the day.
• All vehicles must be off-site by noon (unless you have special permission from the stalls co-ordinator)
* Plots are on a first come first serve basis
* Not all plots have electricity available
• We request that you pack up and depart no earlier than 5pm and no later than 7pm
• For catering stalls, gloves should be worn when serving unwrapped food unless you have a hot water hand-wash facility.
• All cups, plates & cutlery must re-useable or compostable. NO POLYSTYRENE OR DISPOSABLE NON-COMPOSTABLE PLASTICS PLEASE
• Please use the recycling & composting bins as sign-posted.
